Delivery & Return Policy

1. Delivery Area

Midella currently ships to addresses within Turkey only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you have a special request, please contact us at info@midellaliving.com and we will do our best to assist you.

2. Processing Time

Orders are prepared and handed over to our cargo partner within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days depending on your location within Turkey. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the cargo company and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as high-volume periods or adverse weather conditions.

4. Shipping Fee

Shipping is free of charge for orders totaling 500 TL or more. For orders below 500 TL, a shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is made. The applicable fee is determined by the cargo carrier and your delivery region.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a cargo tracking number via email. You can use this number on the relevant cargo company's website to track the status of your delivery in real time.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Return)

In accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us at info@midellaliving.com within the 14-day period.

7. Return Conditions

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a partial refund. Please note: food products (olive oil, olives, soap) with opened or damaged packaging are excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer regulations.

8. Return Process

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@midellaliving.com with your order number and the reason for return. After your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you return instructions including the shipping address. Please do not send items back without prior approval.

9. Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@midellaliving.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
